Seems to me Necas hasn't really bought into Rod's system. Shame to lose his speed and his shot, but unless he buys in, will he ever reach his potential? Somehow, I doubt it.

Martin Necas will be a loss if he leaves or is traded. But, it doesn't seem that Rod Brind'Amour is getting through to him.
